Brian earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Brian served as a member of the Moot Court Board – a student-run appellate advocacy honors society – and as a law clerk at two Cincinnati law firms. Prior to joining Smith Law Firm, Brian worked as an Associate Attorney at a local defense firm, where he assisted in the defense of consumer litigation and professional liability claims. Today, Brian’s practice is devoted entirely to representing people and families who have suffered serious injury or death due to the negligence of someone else, helping to ensure they receive full and fair compensation for their injuries. Brian is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
