Mark earned his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1984. For the first ten years of his practice, Mark defended cases filed on behalf of people and families who had suffered serious injury or death due to the negligence of someone else. In 1994, he refocused and relocated his practice. Since then, Mark has worked for those same people and families to ensure they receive full and fair compensation for their injuries. Mark is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
